Your rights
Information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data transfer
Upon request, you as a user will receive free information about all personal data being stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR). If your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to store data, you have the right to a correction of the incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR), the deletion (Art. 17 GDPR) and restricted processing (Art. 18 GDPR) of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
If you have any questions or complaints, you can contact the person responsible mentioned above or a data protection supervisory authority such as the Lower Saxony Data Protection Officer.
Access data
When visiting this website, certain data will be automatically recorded and stored by the web server:
- the accessed webpage of the website
- the date and time of access
- the visitor's public IP address
- the amount of data sent
- nformation about the browser type, the browser version and the operating system of the visitor
- possibly websites from which the user's system came to our website
- possibly websites that are accessed by the user's system via our website
The temporary storage of the user's public IP address is necessary to enable the delivery of the desired website to the visitor's computer. The storage of the IP address with other personal data such as your name does not take place.
The access data will be used exceptionally if there is illegal behavior (such as hacker attacks or attempted fraud). In this case, the access data will be viewed and forwarded to the appropriate authorities.
For this legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. GDPR the access data are held on the web server for a maximum of 9 weeks before they are deleted. Due to data protection guidelines on personal data, the visitor's public IP addresses are anonymized with an 'x' in the access data after 7 days. In the event of illegal behavior, the relevant data are excluded from deletion until clarification (Art. 17 (3) (e) GDPR).
There is no tracking or observation of the visitor's usage behavior.
