GEOTEC merges with BURG | Continuity and Change
We are pleased to announce the successful merger of GEOTEC into BURG. Dr. Dieter Tengen and Angela Willms will support and enrich the BURG team with their extensive experience and expertise as part of this merger.
The merger will be effective retroactively upon registration in the commercial register as of January 1, 2024 (Wiesbaden District Court, HRB 30506). The existing contracts and obligations of GEOTEC Geodätische Technologien GmbH will transfer by law, along with all rights and responsibilities, to BURG, Software & Service für die Vermessung GmbH.
